About the Instructor
Hi, I’m Dr. Mel, a chiropractor with experience in nutrition and baking with freshly milled flour. Switching over to fresh milled, whole grain flour may have been a solution to my son’s health issues, but it’s opened up a whole world I’m excited to share with you. I’m the founder of the Milling Fresh Flour with Lovely Bell and Dr. Mel Facebook group and teach locally why and how to bake with fresh milled, whole grain flour.
