  • Mill the flour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Whip the egg whites with your wire whisk by hand or by mixer for about 30 seconds.
  • Add cream of tartar, and sugar.
  • Whip on high speed, adding extracts, until soft peaks is acheived.
  • Add sea salt and baking powder to the flour and mix well to combine.
  • Lower the speed of the mixer. Add half the flour, then the milk, and finally the remainder of the flour and turn off the mixture until combined.
  • Using a spatula, scrape the mixture into a greased or lined loaf pan.
  • Bake 40-55 minutes, until the middle of the loaf measures 210 F.
  • Let cool before slicing.
