I don’t have a bread machine. I make sourdough etc. What do you recommend to do do with a kitchen aid and Dutch oven process, I have a mockmill too.

This recipe CAN be made with a mixer and baked in the oven. If you want to convert it to sourdough, I’d take out the yeast, add in sourdough starter and drop the water a bit. Lovely Bell Bakes has a great sourdough recipe that’s soft. Otherwise check out my crusty Italian bread - that’s baked in a Dutch oven but uses yeast. It’s so delicious!
